It all started with a couple of crayons, laying on the floor of my family’s home, drawing the world as well as my five year old imagination could picture it. We all know that the simple crayon is a gateway to many more dangerous forms of creativity, and it wasn’t long before I began experimenting with colored pencil’s, pens, and water colors. By my teen years I had already installed photoshop onto my family computer… and well… the rest is history.

When I’m not hard at work creating social content, video edits or logo designs for clients, I can usually be found in my home office tinkering with some sort of creative project. Some days that might mean mixed media paintings, other days it might be screen printing and other times it’s designing and printing zines as part of my mail art practice.

Creativity is a skill that can be honed, trained and sharpened, but it’s also a way of life. It is a compulsion to dive into the unknown, to break things just to see what happens and discover what you can put together from the pieces.
